Need Help

So I've got an 03 Firebolt xb9r. I had it stored over the winter and did the proper things for storage. Now I go to put the battery in and she starts right up but here's the problem. When I rev the throttle the speedometer moves. What could this be?

Is it a loose connection at the speedo? Vibration? Does it work normally otherwise? Have you ridden it at all? Does it sweep like a tach or just bounce around zero? Does it sweep when you turn the key on? Is there a loose ground? Is the connection at the speedo sensor solid?

Normally is does not do that. First time happening. I haven't ridden it since I stored it, cant really ride it because the driving belt is broke. When I rev it, It bounces up to 20 mph then back to zero once I release. Ground isn't loose I just checked that. Where is the speedo sensor?

If belt is broken the output is probably spinning when you rev it. Residual drag
