Don't know about you guys, but I hate the fact that the bike needs to be in neutral for it to start.......is there is way to fix this. I know the XB's you can start in gear. Any help would be great!

You'd have to add a clutch switch and some relays - it'd take a bit of electrical knowledge, but it could be done.

Starting your bike in gear puts a lot of unneeded drag on an already stressed starter, why is it important to you to start in gear?

It should be pretty easy. Find the schematic and bypass it. Logic would tell me that if the bike is not in neutral, there is an open in the circuit that doesnt allow the starter to engage. All you should have to do is jump it so the ignition always thinks the bike is in neutral. It shouldnt need anything other than some electrical tape (or heat shrink if youre like me) and solder.

Hold the clutch in, push and run along side it, when it gets to speed jump on and pop the clutch.

Hope this helps.
