Good info on the tightening sequence, I'll update that in the installation instructions. Also, a good idea with the velcro. Unfortunately, there is no better way to make this part without either forming sheet metal or injection molding plastic...and both of those are very costly for these low volumes.

Just so you riders don't get the wrong idea, the gap is much smaller than other brands. At most; about the thickness of a dime for about an inch or so. I have no vested interest in the product; just appreciate a quality part.

Both photos above show that the turn signal lenses are no longer on an axis square/parallel to the ground. Is that just a mounting preference for Jacob and Guff, or does the new FE only work with the signals in that orientation?

Bikes are on side stands

Poinographer, as Guff mentioned, the bikes are on side stands which tend to exaggerate the angle. However, the signals are angled slightly more 'up'. This was done intentionally to gain a little better visibility. Of course, minor 'adjustments' could be made during installation should you prefer a more leveled look.
