new bike

i am looking a a 07scg that is Cherry Bomb Trranslucid with 1500 miles just wondering what a good price would be for it, its in good condition there are a few scratchs on the bike and the cheese grader has been deleted?

they are asking 7,995 before tax title and fees.
do you think 7,000 out the door is to low? i have friend at a different hd and buell dealer that sayed that bike going for 6500-7000 and max 7,500 so i dont know. help with input plz.[sad]

Where are the "few scratches"? Do they point to the bike being dropped, low-sided, etc.? It's really hard to give advice on this with no background or actually seeing the bike.

Although he should come down, $7,995 BEFORE Tax/Title/Fees sound a bit too steep IMO.

i got it do to 7,210 out the door Tax/Title/Fees/servicing <--- that being like 750 all together. i think thats pretty good right?

allso a few scratches are on top of air box cover small fine ones from being ridin>
