New Cowl

After much pushing and shoving, twisting and turning, bending and pulling, I finally got 'er to fit on. Cant wait to paint this thing. Cant wait to post pictures when its done. My cafe racer is slowly coming together.

It looks sick! Did you get it in the states or from overseas? I need one!! Don't paint it just go carbon everywhere else.[up]

It must be painted to complete my look i'm going for. But the carbon does look better than I thought. Still painting though. I bought it on Ebay from a place called east carbon in china. They were selling them for $69!! They raised the price to $99 after I bought mine...but still cheaper than anywhere else.

I saw those on ebay and was concerned about the quality. How would you rate it?

I was/am concerned about that too. It seems pretty solid though. But I dont have a "real" one to compare it to. The fit was not perfect in my opinion...but with a little trying it did fit. I guess I would give it a 7.5 out of 10 as a rating. It will work for my purposes. I'll let you know if anything comes up though
