Hi everyone,
Want to say hi and thanks to all the helpful users on here and their contributions. Makes it easy for people like me to start making mods and learning about my Buell.
I just got my 2008 XB12R a few months ago and I've been following advice on the forum here and I've made a few modifications.
KN intake filter
Airbox delete
Breather reroute
Hawk exhaust
EBR race ECM
Also adjusted suspension...
I have ULY RSS on the way, will be here tomorrow.
I'm still wanting to do a couple more performance mods and I'm really interested in any suggestions for performance bang-for-your-buck type mods before I jump into doing a head swap and get dyno-tuned and all that jazz.
I am also interested in getting a Lightning tail to put on my Firebolt. I really think the shorter tail looks cool and seems like an easy enough mod to do. Anyone know the part numbers or component list for doing this and a good place to get the parts? I assume you can still get them from the dealership, but it seems to be a nightmare figuring out what part number is what. Plus its a little pricey...
