New guy intro

I didn't really see the proper intro forum, so why not put my intro here.
I picked up an 04 XB12S yesterday, traded a speed triple for it. It has the translucent orange plastics along with an extra set of black and the race kit with a newer airbox. I'll have a TPS question shortly. Pic coming soon.

New member, my 2 day old to me 04. Do you guys think my pipes may be too blue and I may need a TPS reset? The bike has the race kit with the newer style airbox and has 18K miles.

I'll be truthful, IMHO my 00 speed triple was a better bike, that triple is so smooth and tourqey, but it is gone and I am a buell man now. I have always dug the buells, especially the S bikes. I knew I would own one someday and here we go. I look forward to using this site for my future accessory selections and tech issues.

cant knock ya the triple is an awsome bike, but once you get use to the v-twin power band you will fall in love.
