I am new to Buell. I have sold my Honda NT650 Hawk GT and am looking for a Firebolt. My good friend has a Ulysses XB12 that he loves and a Firebolt XB9r that he is fixing up. I basically am wondering how comfortable the Firebolt is riding 2 people? I am 6'2 200lbs and I know you can drop the pegs and adjust the suspension along with a taller seat, but how decent of a ride is it for the passenger? Thanks, and I am excited to get my new bike.

Welcome to the Buell community. My wife and I are looking at doing a custom gel seat for the rear. I wasn't going to have it made to fit in the rear cowling. I was going to by a stock rear seat and use that as the base and only put it on when she rides with me. I will use my stock seat for my 7 year old and use it for the rear cowling to fit back on the bike. As far as rider position, I think it's better than any other sportbike because the rider can sit in a more upright position which relieves some of the arm and back strain. [up][up]
