I randomly came across this and i think its interesting. Its a new helment that has some time of skin like material on it, thats helps reduce brain injury.

Pretty interesting. You would think something like that would have an opposite affect considering it looks like it would have a lot more friction than a hard glossy helmet, but I'm sure they know what they're doing. Wonder how durable it is. I'm super cautious with my helmets so I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue.

EDIT: nevermind, I watched the 2nd video and see the difference. I didn't get that the membrane was supposed to brake. I thought it was just supposed to move around the helmet some when you crash. makes more sense now.

i just watched a video review were there hitting the helmet with the skin on with a hammer, to show its durability. Nothing happend to the skin at all, of course the helmet is junk but that was just for testing purposes only. The issue im having is find a dealer in the US and there website has no prices

Found a Euro price on the helmet an they would be right close to $500 shipped to the states.

thats not bad. I dont need new helmet but im going to def keep these guys in mind when i do get a new one. I really like the idea and i wonder if its going to catch on. Would be awesome to just be able to send your helment in to get the coating put on.

nice helmet. Engineering looks legit
