New problem. No headlights won't start

Somewhere on it there should be a date, they use that for warranty purposes.
well, ive started testing it...i charged the battery yesterday and started with 11.45 volts...now this morning im at 10 volts...the only thing different since this started is the turn signals....
everything is working correctly light wise....if someone thing was grounding out, would everything work? or could the battery just dissapate like that if its bad......
im gonna recharge it and unplug the signals to see if i get any different results....just wondering if im doing the right things? or wasting time?
i have one of those batteries posted above on the way...just dont want to throw it in, and get the same results
