Hello everyone, my name is Mike and this is my Lightning. It is my third bike, had two Honda's before, but I figured I would go for something a little different this time around. My bike is a 03 xb9sl (low). I just purchased it with 9,000 miles on it. A list of mods include Race EMC, Ti-Force full exhaust, K&N, chain conversion, steel braided lines and some custom paint/anodizing. I live in the metro Detroit area, work and go to school, so I am pretty busy all the time, so this is just my way to enjoy the little free time I have

I like the lines of that exhaust system might replace my Micron if I can't get this dent out of the outer header

damn! that's a clean looking bike. never seen an xb with out pushrod covers before, looks alright[up]

VERY nice bike! [up] Lots of good and expensive mods!

Depending on your height/inseam, you do have the tallest seat, and the higher Firebolt footpegs, so it would be easy to drop the seat height and keep your legs at the same angle of bend.

Also, I'll be the first to suggest some frame pucks.

Frame pucks is going to be one of my first purchases for sure. I know that the rear height adjustment is pretty much all the way up, and i can stand flat footed, which i like.

The blue/silver is extremely clean! I like the small touch of blue with the heel guards and shift lever.

Very nice bike. I'm jealous of that exhaust. One thing that's really cool about our buells is they actually came with steel braided brake lines.
