I've been lurking around the forum for a while, and honestly thought I had already joined quite some time ago, but apparently not!
A little about me:
I have been around motorcycles and raced motocross my entire life until a national in Texas in which I broke my back.. I now work in the motorcycle industry for Husqvarna Motorcycles. This is my second Buell (1st was a XB9R), but by far love the XB12S over any other Street bike I've owned.
Bought the 12 in June with 3700 miles for a heck of a deal. Bought it completely STOCK (aside from the Jardine; which wouldn't have been my choice, but it's on there, so it will work). The bike was originally Translucent Orange, but I wasn't a huge fan, so I used the tint you can buy for taillights and added a few coats. It turned out really well although you cant see in the pictures; it is still transparent with an orange tint (I'll try to get a picture in the daylight).
Aftermarket/not stock:
Jardine Exhaust
Wrapped the Header
Renthal KX100 Bars
UFO handguards (again, I'm an MX guy and just thought it would be funny)
Race ECM
Cut off the cheese grater and painted the section to match the subframe.
Definitly have more in store, but think it's off to a good start. Here are a few pictures:
