Thanks man! It was a Navy R4D that was converted to the more commonly known DC-3. I was a mechanic on that bird for 4 and a half years.

Buell05, how are you finding those tyres? You like the grip they offer? I'm thinking of having those next on my bike.

the Road 3 are great tires for the street and even did well at novice pace on the track. Not sticky enough for intermediate IMO, but more than sticky at street pace. I never tried but they are supposed to offer superb wet traction as well.

Here's a couple of my 09 xb12r, call it BOLT. My son named her after his favorite movie... LOL. Anyways, got a D&D exhaust and K&N air filter LED turn signals right now. On order or in the works are the crank breather mod, air box mod, halo and HID lights, LED taillight, Pazzo leavers, Galfer wave rotors, Axel sliders, open pulley cage, heat wrap the exshaust, cooling fan mod and right side air intake. Also, hopefully getting LOKI's race EMC.

Damn I love the black and blue combo, always wanted to do that to my white and blue 08 12R. I think ill keep the blue wind screen on mine when I do it though.


Are the headers painted or ceramic coated?

The two latest pics of mine. Had the passenger pegs on it since my sister insisted on a ride.

just have a magnum tuning fuel "chip" probably isn't the best but its works for now no more lean issues.
