Not getting 12 volts to lights any ideas?

I was riding last Friday night and all of a sudden, my lights started flickering. Intermittently turned on and off and then finally turned off. I shut the bike off after I pulled over then started back up and lights cam back on (same happened with high beam too). Rode the bike home and left it til today. I thought all was well then the light shut off while I let it warm up. I checked voltages to black and yellow and got only 4 volts. None when I checked black to white when I switched to high beam. The high beam indicator doesn't even come on at the dashboard. I moved the orange to where the yellow was just to get low beam. Any ideas?

NM, figured it out.

What was the problem?

Loose fuse. I kept getting voltage drop. It was the fuse for the high beams. I hate when I overlook the obvious.
