Oil level sight glass

UMDterp13 has the damaged swing arm...he posted a pic of it on the forums fb page where I reached out to find one as well. I will post, as the project begins, during, and after pics. So this may go cold 'til I get both units to move forward with, but I will get the sight glasses shortly.

was looking at the first one, but may require a nut if the wall thickness of the swingarm is less than 4mm...a thread on type would be best

I would make a hole in the swingarm wall and weld a threaded cylinder and then screwed the sign glasses.

What about putting a fitting in the drain plug and running the tube up to the fill cap? on the outside of the frame of course.
Save drilling into the swingarm.
