Oil light at startup

I just changed the oil on my blast. Both the engine and transmission oil. After I finished everything my bike wont start. The starter is turning the crank but it just wont turn over. When i have the ignition in stand by the red oil indicator isnt present.
I put a about a quart and half in the bike and 7/8ths of the transmission oil. Any suggestions on my predicament?

Check your fuses... looks like you've got a blown IGN fuse...

The starter is turning the crank but it just wont turn over.

If you're fuses are good, I'd say you need a new battery. An auto parts store will test it under load for free if you bring it in.
