I saw another Buell for the first time while riding, today. Caught up him at the Hockley General Store; I think his name was Ron, from the Guelph area, and he was riding a yellow 2006 XB9R. Nice guy. [up]

I was thinking about it, but I just lined up a project and will be working on-site for the next few weeks.

Is PD13 worth the ride for chromed-out HDs (or non-HD bikes for that matter)?

used to go years ago, I'd rather ride, hate crowds Last few years I would book the day off and head for Grand Bend or Wasaga Beach.

Interesting pictures! Lot of people there that day. I'm confused though, I see 3 Buells in that 1st picture you posted, an XBR an XBS and is that an X1over on the right? Or was your previous comment referring to a previous occasion?

Yea the xbr and xbs are mine, the x1 is a friend I rode down with. Sharp eye...[smirk]

Thanks. I was hoping to get down there this year with my Firebolt, but it didn't work out, hopefully next year. Long drive from SSM though so more than a day trip

I was there, parked on the main drag about a block from Mac's Milk most the afternoon. I personally saw 2 firebolts, 1 lightning (other then my own) and 2 tubers, was hoping to see more, but as i rarely see another Buell, 5 will have to do.

Weird I didn't see your bike, I was down there most of the afternoon as well ( other than a few beer and hotdog breaks)

Yeah I got there around 1 and left around 5. from the Mac's looking down towards the beach I would have been half a block up on the left. Was near a couple small tents flogging some junk, right in front of the post office, parked it there and it never moved for the 4 hours I was there. I could see it being missed easily though, we were all parked pretty tight.

Somewhere around here...

here's the bike the next night, kinda pissed at myself as I never even thought to take a pic of my own bike until I got home... lol
