Starbucks at say 8:30? Then we can do a shorter ride through sanford. Just make sure we talk before you head out. My bike's been sitting for a few weeks, and I didn't fire it up when I was done. I have it on the trickle charger and I'm sure it'll start, but I had issues before, remember. And I had some electronics taken apart and put back together as well and didn't fire it up to verify all was good.

I need to head home around 2ish.

Just got up and see the same results. clouds but we shouldn't have any rain. Perfect conditions Ride is a go. Are we meeting at the same Starbucks as last time?

Doesn't look like there's a drop of moisture anywhere around central florida. I'll be heading out in a couple minutes. If for whatever reason my bike doesn't start I'll email you.

Tune didn't goes a planned[down] First I checked the trouble codes and he had three. Don't recall exactly which ones but one was ecm rom failure or something like that. I looked it up since and doesn't look good appears ecm is pretty much toast. With that said he copied the codes down I cleared them and then I checked his afv 144 I was like holy shit that's crazy high. The fuel values from his current map didn't appear to be much different from the race map. So burnt the race maps reset afv and attempted to do a tps reset. While doing the tps reset his tps cable snapped so now screwed even more. Needless to say we loaded his bike in the back of my truck and I gave him a ride home.


Before the tune it was a beautiful day and a great ride. I really enjoyed myself today and it was nice to get away from the stress of the world and just ride[up]

Damn that sucks. Sorry to hear that. It was definitely a good ride today, I had fun.

The 1" drop pegs made a big difference in comfort BTW.

I am off from my normal work on the 4th but I work for Zambelli on the 4th and help shoot a fireworks show in melbourne every year. Your welcome to ride down and watch it.

Arkansas was amazing, best roads I've been on by far. No traffic either. I rode for 8 hours the one day and every road was awesome and I probably saw about 6 cars the whole day. Too bad it's a 24 hour drive away . We left there noon yesterday and got home at noon today. I am TIRED...

Probably wasn't a secret but new to me. On 561 heading towards 27 the road right before the turnpike you take that left and it loops back around to 455 which is the road we took off of old hwy 50. More of a higher speed sweeper road (yes I know where in Florida but that's how I would describe it, obiviously not the Cherohala Skyway by any means but you get the picture)

What time do you head over there? Can't sneak in an early morning ride?


Must be nice to be on nice roads without traffic.
