I was just sitting here thinking that it would be helpful to have a thread to address parts cross references to help in a pinch. Here are a couple I've picked up off of here. I thought it would be nice to have a one-stop-shop:

Oil filter - 07+ Toyota Yaris 1.4L
Fuel pump (not assembly) - 03 Ford Mustang 3.8L - Walbro 521
Oxygen sensor - 87 Chevy 1/2 ton 4.3L - Bosch 12014
IAT - 97 Ford F-150 4.6L

If I'm wrong, please correct me. As Harley stops supplying these parts, it would help to know how to keep our bikes running.

TPS sensor: Duralast #TPS213 ('93 Mustang) - Saves over $50 rather than HD sourcing-

Wheel bearings: SKF6006-2RS (Rear), SKF6005-2RS (Front)

More O2 sensors:

-GM OEM= 25162693
-NTK= 21002
-Airtex= 553071
-Bosch= 12014
-Denso= 234-1001
-Walker= 250-21001
-SNG= SN1-15

Great Idea BTW. Keep in mind if possible, support what Buell supporters still remain at that time by purchasing parts from them.

Example: American Sportbike, Buellparts.net, Buellsterparts.com, etc.

That chain conversion...............I just may order one so I have it when the belts get hard to find. Thats crazy cheap.........

I just picked up that TPS213 at Autozone, and apparently Buell changed the position of the pins on the throttle body shaft ... it won't work for my '07 XB12X. Anyone know if there is a new p/n that works? I sure would like to saved $50.

updated fuel pump numbers.

fuel pump for a 03 musntang V6, part number E2061 at autozone XB fuel pumps are made by Walbro and are model #521

I'm gonna add this to the thread:

'08+ XB tps sensor, Duralast, can get at autozone or most auto parts stores. used on BMW's, cars & bikes. mine was $80.00 @ autozone. easy to install, you will need a super small 7mm wrench

An update on Gates Idler Pulley #38023...not available at Autozone...available at O'Reilly's, but it's NOT the correct part at all...this is what it turned out to be

Gates #38023

it is way too small and has only a single bearing in it

had to replace the entire pulley...pics are kinda fuzzy, but you can see that the coating was coming off and the bearings were toast when I rolled it across the bench top, got a replacement from Buellsterparts.com

alrighty... a new P/N for you guys doing the front end conversions on your bikes...headlight harness connectors:

male connector...P/N: 73154-96WE
female connector...P/N: 73104-96BK

both are the OEM 4 position connectors....BEWARE the female connector P/N will also come up as a 3 position connector under some searches, your local HD dealer can order 'em MSRP $1.99 ea, but you can get 'em cheaper through Kutterharleydavidson $1.24 ea, newcastleharleydavidson $1.50 ea...when you order, confirm it's the 4 position connector(s)

this would make it more plug n' play rather than hacking up what's already there and having to splice in new blade or bullet connectors, just my 2 cents :D
