Parts cross reference thread

Buellxb Forum

Ive tried the Duralast TPS213 and it didn't work for me.

The position inside the sensor is turned a bit, which wouldn't allow the TPS register a reading.

Any ideas?

07 Buell XB12Ss

Not sure about the part number but I know there are sensors that have the wires coming out the top and others out the bottom, but if you can put the sensor on then twist it so that the mounting holes line up it should be fine once you reset the tps back to zero.

Edit: pictures help

Anything for a fuel pressure regulator?
Or where I can buy one and the hose that's in the fuel pump assembly??

the pressure regulator was specifically made so probably from someone that's parting a bike or a dealership will make you buy a whole assembly I believe. Depending on what year your bike was the hose should be available at any ace hardware. They changed the clamps and the hoses depending on year.

I think it's a 1/4 inner diameter fuel line, I can check tomorrow. I already have a pump assembly taken apart that I could check with.

Really only 1/4inch? I thought it was a lil bigger. I'm not sure tho cause my pump assembly doesn't have it. My FPR sits on top of my pump. My pump being the mustang pump and a friend an I have determined I'm not getting a good seal. So need to figure something else out. And I think the hose will do it. Cause if I lift the reg any higher it wire won't rich the guide rodes to keep it in place so I'm thinking I could move it to the side. Here's a pic of stock pump

It may be the actual 3/8 fuel line, I'm not sure since I won't be home til tonight though.

little white fuel filter on pump, Buell P/N: P0806.K and 29540-99Y are the part numbers for the same part, current price @ newcastlehd.com $7.88

THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE INPUT!!! I've used the chevy o2 sensor, mustang IAC & TPS. Anymore cross referenced front wheel bearings?

I would recommend against going with this belt. I bought one and it snapped within 3000 miles. I got 15000 and 20000 from two different OEM ones from Harley. The 20000 one only broke because second gear locked up on me. If I were you I'd just get the Harley one from somewhere. May be cheaper in the long run.
Don't Buy This One

I really really wish this was a sticky ... lol I've had to search for it every time I need a good part number ...

I think that's further back in this thread ... what brand ? ... I believe DCPR8EIX and DCPR9EIX are the NGK numbers ... and 10R12A is the stock plug number if I remember correctly ...

well don't know if any buells are still around, but I did a oil change and used the bosch, i like there mechanical fuel pumps, so what the hay. Well did the oil change, took the bike for a spin, and then noticed the bike was not over heating but close to it. the fan was running the whole time. Went home changed oild filter with mobile 1, and notice the inlet holes of Bosch filter were smaller than the Harley or the mobile 1 filter. Figure would post some pic's and validate that no go for the Bosch D3311 distance Plus.
