Also please note that as far as I can tell the chrome and carbon vinyls are actually metal-based. Not truly sure on that, but it shears rather than stretching or tearing. This creates a jagged edge.
If you screw up when applying a standard vinyl sticker, it can stretch or tear, or bend if you snag it and flip it under.
The chrome and carbon vinyls can break or shear with a jagged edge if you stretch it or fold it over.
Just a heads up. The chrome and carbon can give you a nasty paper cut just like flaking chrome plating.
This is all part of why these colors cost a bit more, in addition to the fact that the material is more expensive. I picked up a bit when it was on sale at my supplier, so I pass that along whenever possible.
