I finally ordered a set of stands. Rear stand is the ss model. Do I needs spools too? I have axle sliders on the bike is that gonna cause any problems?,,, And what about using them and not dropping the bike? Any info would be helpful. Thanks Dave.

Doesn't look like you will "need" spools as the SS stand can lift from spools or under the swing-arm. Spools are typically more stable though. If you would like to replace your axle sliders with a set of spooled ones we have you covered. Let us know!

lifting by the spools kinda sucks on a buell (xb anyway) because typically you want to remove the rear wheel when you lift the bike up. not always though, its just nice to do anything on the bike with it standing straight up and a little higher.

^^^ Agreed. That's why a stand like the SS and spooled sliders is the way to go. You can lift it either way depending on what you're doing. For me personally, I more often lift the bike for cleaning, oil changes, storage or other maintenance than for the tire.
