Buell race exhaust is the best one. Race ecm is perfect for that exhaust. It is possible that your oxygen sensor is dirty from bad oil and water vapor.

To make the by-pass you need

3/4" hose about 1 meter
two plastic "T" connections for the hose
maybe 8 small plastic "zip-tes"
one small air-filter from the auto part store.

I will send you more instructions.

remove bottom of the airbox to expose the engine, connect the two hoses that went inside the airbox on either side of the O2 sensor.. cut and connect the two hoses to a plasic 3'8" "T".. then insert a 3rd long hose to the "T" and run it down the base of the tail of the motorcycle.. when the hose comes to the left ankle gaurd of your left foot control, cut he hose and put another "T", then connect a small air filter to prevent vaccum from forming in the hose.. then on the "down" side of the "T" install a small amount to make a diran hose. You can put a plug in the end of the drain hose that you must empty every few rides OR you can just let the water flow freely out of the hose and on to the ground.

also, what type of fuel do use.. what octane rating?

XB motors make noises, "popping" sometimes small "backfires" like a small pistol. But if things get bad inside the engine it can get worse. Is it possible that your piston rings are worn? Maybe you need a "compression test"? If the rings were worn from bad oil, it is possible that you are getting oil to "blow by" the rings and this is fouling sensors and plugs?? One symptom of "blow-by" is alot of "popping" also reduced power, engine running rough.. is it possible that your piston rings are bad?

also.. when you cleaned the spark plugs, did you confirm the "spark plug gap"? Its possilbe that the gap was incorrect.. this will also cause it to run rough and make noise.

Is it possible that your gas station sold bad gasoline to you? Water contaminated gasoline?

I changed the fuel 3 times .. bike has 8000 million .. piston rings so probably not .. Probably a dirty sensor ... I can gently cleanse cloth sensor?? tomorrow I'll have to test race exhaust and new spark plugs .. how long to learn ecm?, or how many miles I have to roll with race exhausts ... and now do a "rocker-box air by-pass"

you can clean a sensor many ways.. gasoline works. But it may be another sensor giving the warning code. One sensor can effect another sensor's warning code. Warning codes give only a general idea of where the problem is happening. I woudl check all the sensors in the system.
