Here are my XB forks finally powdercoated. Uppers are 60% gloss to match my frame, and the lowers and triple tree is Wet black with acrylic clear. Going out now to assembly them.

nice work;

for the upkeep, all u need is some medium-cut buffing paste & some final finish polish paste and u can take out any scratches from assembly or use.

just buff w/the medium to a blur; then polish w/the finish and its good

Since powdercoating involves oven baking, I assume you had to disassemble/re-assemble your forks to avoid damaging seals and soft parts, correct? Did you upgrade any of the internals while they were apart?
 
I powdercoated them myself. Cost rought $20 for the powder. The forks were completely disassembled. I just put all new seals in them tonight but deciding what i am going to do for the internal guts at this time.
