The circular ones? Are they metal or copper? If they are I would imagine they are for the exhaust. I can't think of anything else except the intake manifold, but that is a rubber o ring.

They're metal I'm just making sure before I got it all in my head before i do anything. got a manual with the bike also so i should be good. its got step by step diagrams an pictures!
