Hope this thread doesn't get deleted but I'm not sure of the rules regarding sponsors, etc..

Anyways I always believe in giving props where they are due. If you haven't had the pleasure of dealing with Al & Joanne over at American Sport Bike then you are missing out.

In this day and age of shady business owners & people trying to suck every dime they can out of you it was very refreshing to run across ASB.

I originally met the former owner of Darkhorse (his name escapes me) at a trackday here in Houston. He had a sick XB9r and while talking I noticed his rear spools. Come to find out he had designed and created them, then sold the line to ASB. In examining them I noticed they were solid, high quality pieces so I immediately ponied up to get a set for my new baby.

Long story short the order shipped the same day, but somehow one number got transposed and I ended up receiving the fork sliders instead. I called them and without hesitation they offered to ship me the rear ones that day plus cover my cost to ship the wrong ones back. I decided to keep them and reorder the rear along with the buckle guard and they got here from Cali in 3 days.

Without giving away specifics I will say that ASB went above & beyond to make the situation right. ASB is a small business that will answer the phone/email and I am definately going to continue supporting their efforts with my business.

Thanks A & J. [up]

I've bought lots of things from them they are a great company. They are pretty quick in answering any questions by phone or e-mail. They even e-mailed me to tell me that the plate relocator I ordered was for an M2 and not an S3 and wanted to make sure that is what I wanted. I knew that but at least they wanted to check most places wouldn't even bother.

All my replacement/mod/meintenance parts come from ASB. Great people always make sure you're happy and you're getting what you need and ordered.

I ordered a clutch cable, broke it trying to install it as usual, ordered a second and they paid for the shipping. Very nice.

I also have great things to say about them.

I ordered some parts for my bike. I asked for next day shipping because, well, I enjoy instant gratification.

Soon after submitting my order I got a phone call saying that I requested the more espensive shipping so I could get it sooner. The kind gentleman stated that for the cheaper shipping, I could still have it next day.

He saved me money, and he didnt' have to.

So rad.

I too have had multiple great experiences ordering from ASB.

Both Joanne and Al have been very helpful in saving me shipping charges but still getting my stuff here in great time, and that's all the way across the country!

I've found Al to be very knowledgeable about Buells, their history and mechanics. They have given me great advice on mods and upgrades for my bike and I couldn't be more pleased.

The products they sell are the best for their intended purpose; if you want great stuff at competitive prices with unbeatable quality and awesome customer service, ASB is the place!

I spend my dollars there first even if I can get it somewhere else for less. The service, advice and customer appreciation are completely worth any extra spent.

Let's keep them in business!

I check with them first before looking elsewhere for parts. I have made several purchases from them in the last year and have nothing but good things to say about them.

...that's Badweb you're thinking of. Regarding sponsors, on here just about anything goes so feel free to express your opinion.
