i dug out the box i got from him. address is 5240 harshmanville rd, huber heights,oh 45424. & the shipping label from the ups store has a # on it 937-829-2906. it looks like its a # for him but might be the stores phone. hope that helps, like i said he came thru for me but that doesnt make it right that he's screwin someone else over. either send the parts or refund the money, dont be a dick. why is that so hard for some people to understand.
