Question for guys who know electrical/GPS stuff

In order to upload a predetermined map to a Garmin you need to load the City Nav CD that should have come with the gps.

I don't think mine came with a CD, but I still have everything in the box that came with it so I'll double check. If not I'll try to find one online because it would be great to have. I know Mapquest lets you plot out a route and then supposedly send it to a garmin GPS, but it always gave me an error message, if I remember correctly. I assumed it was because I just had a GPS that didn't have that feature.
