My lightning is the only one with enough personality to have a name. My wife named her when we first started dating.
Her name is Amber after her translucent Amber wheels.

XB12S - Stephanie after an old girl friend who was a love hate relationship. She was crazy and a lot of fun but she was always moody!
Funny thing is my current girlfriend is also Stephanie so she gets jealous when I go ride the other Stephanie.

There has already been a thread about this a few years back. Mine bike has been Buellah since 2007/38,000 miles ago. I named her as a spin off the manufacturer name and old old old gospel tune "Beulah Land"

I also like to refer to it as the fastest production bike Harley-Davidson ever built. I only use that name when I'm around helmetless crusier boys though. Nothing like making some guy grit his teeth after spending $30K on his 18 second bike.

We've got names for all our cars. In this case, my Buell is named "Ferris" because I just couldn't help myself.

^ These are all good names. For my Firebolt I guess it is "girlfriend".
