Me too, Its one of my all time favorite trilogies. Your right, the guy who says it is Pappagallo, the leader of the group Max helps. He says it after Mad brings back the Mack truck to pull the tanker with, and Max is getting his car ready to leave with the gas they gave him and Pappagallo is trying to convince Mad to join him.
