You may be right mah man!
We'll wait on Nuage. I pride myself on not googling.
At least not movie quotes.
:D

Sorry for the delay guys, i'm 9 hours ahead of the states right now. I'll do my best not to chime in unless I'll be online for a few hours during the normal US business hours lol. I hate to be a drag on the thread.

I love movie related games. We play them constantly on convoys to help pass time and stay awake.

NUAGE! No drag @ all mah man--I bet Nitto12's gettin' a kick out his thread keeping some of our finest entertained. Rock on, my soldiering friend! [up]

And with that:

"Ocean's dying, plankton's dying...it's people."

I looked that one up and I dont think anyone is going to get that one. Unless they look it up that is. Hell if I have even heard of the movie, characters, let alone see it.

Do I get to make the next challenge? If so, here it is:

From my favorite movie, a very old, but very big movie, with big stars, many often quoted lines (including one famously miss-quoted line, which spawned an entire movie); two lines of dialogue:

Character#1: You despise me, don't you?
Character#2: Hell, if I gave you any thought, I probably would.

OMFG!!!!!! I knew this one and i doubted myself so I checked it! Grrrrrr. Should of just trusted myself. I couldn't even read that line with out hearing the voices lol

It's PEOPLE! SOYLENT GREEN IS PEE-PLE....!!!"
LOL. Xtremelow u HAVE to watch it @ some point. The B-movies from the 70's are treats!

Willie--that has got to be CASABLANCA, baby! Bogart @ his best. ;)

Next clue:
A--I'd like to make her look a little more attractive; how far can you pull back?
B--How do you feel about Cleveland?
A--KNOCK IT OFF.

Very good! [up]
Although many lines from that movie are familiar to everyone, that particular bit of dialog is not commonly quoted, but it always makes me smile.
Casablanca is a great movie, with an important message.

from this web page: http://xmlzoo.net/casablanca.xml
Part of the emotional impact of the film has been attributed to the large proportion of European exiles and refugees among the extras and in the minor roles. A witness to the filming of the "duel of the songs" sequence said he saw many of the actors crying, and "realized that they were all real refugees"

Awesome.

Ok, no one else wants to take it so I'll pipe up. This had to be the biggest let down for me of all movies i've watched this year. Straight Gar-Bhage.

Who am I? I am... I am the Invincible Sword Goddess, armed with the incredible Green Destiny. Be you Li or Southern Crane, lower your head and ask for mercy. I am the desert dragon. I leave no trace. Today I fly over Eu-Mei. Tomorrow... I'll kick over Wudan Mountain!

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon?
that's what the Green Destiny reminds me of, and that's probably what the little girl said after she got ahold of the sword and stopped off at the restaurant... no?
