Just "successfully" completed an engine rotation to work on the rocker box. Or so I thought until I saw that bushing laying on the ground when it was time to reinstall everything. I really don't think it's from the bike but I have no idea where else it would have come from. Do any of you guys recognize this bushing?

That doesn't look familiar to me. My bike is a 2007xb12r. What year is your bike? And what type if xb is it? That may help someone else identify that bushing/part.
Is that thing just solid rubber?

Looks like the front muffler bearing between the thing-a-ma-gig and the whatcha-ma-callit. See if it fits. Might be too big.

Jk I don't think it's from the big either.

Just ride it and see if anything blows up. If you aren't on fire by the end of the ride then either the part wasn't on the buell, or it wasn't that important anyway :D

But really. What kind of material is it?? Hard to tell from the pictures. Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is Forks or maybe steering head area?? It realistically is probably not from the Buell.

I have a nasty habit of having left over parts after I work on something lol. I know how that goes.
