Wow great find! Not saying this just cause i have a Buell but that bike is straight up bad ass. Love the lines and the support bars for the rear seat.

You wont see a new street buell for at least 4 years. There is some sort of Non-Compete agreement. The worst part is, you'll NEVER see new air cooled Buell [down]

Every time I have seen EB talk about the future to me it sounds more like 1 to 3 years not 4.

That's the only reason i don't like that tail as much. I think it's a good looking tail in general, but I really appriciate buells for how incredibly clean and well put together they look. The back end on that bike looks cluttered with the suspension and the lower subframe rails. I love the actual tail, I just think it would look better if he could clean up the way it was mounted. I would either fill in the gap all the way down to the lower rails like the firebolt tail, or just put a colored spring on the production models so it seperates itself from the tail braces and looks a little more organized.

I think both the prototype(yellow) and the race bike(black) look really nice, however my concern comes from my rear end and the fact that neither one of those bikes seem to favor my butt very much.

That bike would put Buell on the map as a serious contender in the street market. Even with marginal success on the track.

I love that EB went with a front mounted radiator to reduce the width of the bike. Looks very sharp in person.

The original yellow spy shot bike is still at EBR, but it isn't yellow anymore. I saw it during my visit a week ago.
