Rear brake problem on 97 S3

I am new to the board. But I have been lurking for a while.Some really great looking bikes here. I recently purchased a 97 S3.The rear caliper is shot. I cant find a replacement caliper or seal kit anywhere.Does anyone know of an easily adaptable caliper? Or where can I find a good stock caliper?

I may have to do the same, also have a 97 S3 and rear brake is completely non functional
