Just in the market for a performance after market header. Found a few over seas. But they are like almost $800. Not looking to drop that much on it, was wondering what others have done?? Anything state-side?

Mine start at $350, yes I'm state side [cool]

Do you make them equal length? What size do you make them?? That looks good. Would you have any problems making it fit up to race muffler? You make the muffler also I take it?

They are equal length, 5'' longer than stock. Race muffler is the same as the stocker inlet as far as I know.

Muffler I also make, in the process of putting my adjustable back pressure setup inside a stock 9 can.

Baja did you make them stainless steel?

Mine are steel because I always planned on wrapping them for the oldschool look, but I can build them from steel to wrap or ceramic coat, or stainless.

What is the diameter of the header like?? How much improvement over stock?? I seen on one of the sites from over seas its like 45mm and a specific race one for 48mm. But tuning required on last one. I see there is no room for that right hand scoop. Any issues with the heat? More so than usual.?

Same size as stock, 1 3/4" od, 16-18 gauge wall thickness.
My bike has no tuning yet, but you can definitely feel the mid range difference. I can now pick up the front end in 3rd when drag racing from a stand still. Wheeling in 2nd is easier as well.

How long is the typical turn around?? I am def interested, you have access to machine shop?

I'd estimate 2-3 weeks....all depending on what options you want. Check my for sale thread for more info or pm me. And yes we have a mill and lathe, were you looking for something else too?
