I need to replace my handle bars on my xb9r.

I want to stay with the straight clip on bars. I know they are 7/8". Would any 7/8" clipon bar work? These bolt in from the end and I don't know if other bars do that or if the others just get clamped in place.

Searching the forums turns up either buying the Buell bars or lots of threads on the LSL conversion or converting to S bars (including new cables, etc).

No, you need to use OE bars designed for that upper clamp. You could modify a set of aftermarket ones to fit, but you're on your own for that.

They are still available from places like St Paul and possibly VPI.

Thank you. I did see that St Paul has them on their website. I was just curious if there were other options.
