Retune?

I have an 04 XB12s with race ecm,k&n and open airbox kit. I have just sold my jardine and getting a factory muffler reworked. Which brings me to my query, Can i use a factory muffler with the valve wired open with out a new tune for now? Or will this damage my motor somehow??????

relativley simple really;

-race ecm= correct fuel maps/ratios for max hp & torque
-hi-flo= increased air flow
race can= unrestricted gas/air flow

1 with out the other doesnt provide better acceleration/torque

*its not going to be like the pipe ur reworking; but opening up the valve constantly should aid with exhaust gas flow

oh ok, i was only going to use the factory pipe for a weekend, so all will be good then. Thanks mate
