Most rides these day seem to end up south west of DFW towards granbury and the palo pinto region. Sucks for me cuz I'm east of Dallas in Greenville.

Honestly though 455 towards eagles canyon raceway isn't bad. Or 455 toward celina . We could do a ride more north.

Freak Im up north in Sherman and Augustus_01 is in Savoy south east of me towards Greenville a bit, so there are a couple up north.

Interesting, I've never taken 455 out east. That would be a good ride.

I honestly think the group needs a "Reboot" as far as how it's run an maintained are a riding group.   I don't fully understand the dynamics behind why some members don't care to ride with each other

I'm pretty busy most weekends. I could probably do an early Sunday morning ride once in a while. BUT, for the past couple years my saddle time has gone out the window. I literally got in 1100 miles last year and that was only 1 "back road" ride.
My skills are back down to newbie level on a good back road.
I just can't go act a "hooligan" like I used to

I really only look forward to a more laid back, slower paced ride.

When Peter was still in Texas, we did a few pretty good fast paced rides, I just don't think I'm up for that riding style now.
