I'll try to describe my problem as best I can. To start the Bike is a 2009 xb12scg with a jardine, EBR jardine ecu, breather reroute, open airbox and k&n Filter.
Recently the bike started bucking badly when trying to accelerate, and seems to loose a cylinder or try to die at different rpms while accelerating. but only once the bike is up to a good hot operating temp. If i'm accelerating to get onto the highway it will rev up to 2500 then stutter and buck and feel like its dying, then it will clear up and move up to 3000 or 3500 then do it again, and this repeats through all gears and rpm ranges.
The sound that I just noticed today is a strong whine, when you rev the engine and let it idle back down as the rpms are falling you can hear a whining sound that winds down with the rpm, almost like the sound of a supercharger or turbo if you have ever heard one spool down. I cant pinpoint the noise but it almost sounds like the primary or the transmission, but it does it in neutral, and in gear with the clutch in or out, so thinking more primary, but this sound is really only noticeable once the engine is good and hot as well.
I've changed the fuel to new, tried seafoam, changed the plugs back to factory, checked primary tension, checked all electrical connections and grounds that I can find. And even tried putting the factory ecu back in. Nothing seams to have made a difference in how it runs, and the whine from the engine has gotten louder. any help would be appreciated
I do not have ecm spy or the cables, so i cant give any of that data..
