this is my list of parts and prices for doing the S to R conversion, there's a thread already on the forum with this info from awhile back, these prices were gathered from three of my top parts resources and roughly about 6 months old...surdyke.com, newcastlehd in PA and LSHD1.com. thought I'd share with all interested in doing the conversion...
