How do you guys feel about shift lights? I never needed one before even on my air cooled Triumph but this bike runs into the limiter pretty fast. I feel in time I will adjust my brain so as not to bump the rev limiter which I have been doing often and once in a fast sweeper which was a little spooky. I’m fairly tall and with my Cherry bomb red screen it makes seeing my rev counter a little tough. Maybe if I got a loud pipe I could hear the motor better so I don’t hit it. Yeah, that is what I’ll tell my wife.

Eh get a pipe...Simplier and no wires "what the wife doesnt know wont hurt her" :p
I usually hear it and shift at 3500-3700 on a 9S dont know about everyone else

Shift light are good if you race, i have a aussie made one on my bike, ecliptech is the brand

I rode a friend of mines 600 (don't remeber which kind of bike since it was a few years ago) that had a factory shift light on it and it was kinda nice to have since I was used to v-twins and big bore il4s so I was wanting to shift it more early than you have to on a 600.
