anyone had an issue with sidestand fasteners loosening up? Looks like there is not much clearance to tighten them up properly without taking the muffler off - do you need to take the idler pulley off to take off the muffler? Thanks!

agree with mart but every stock buell i've ever seen leave the factory has the front muffler clamp stud facing shifter side and rear 2 clamp studs facing pulley side. i've found it incredibly difficult to remove the 2 rear ones without removing the pulley though i know it can be done. if you choose to remove the pulley takes about 5 minutes and very simple. remove pulley cover (3 screws non-interchangeable), remove rear axle pinch bolt, loosen rear axle 20 full turns and 20 ONLY, then remove 2 pulley stud nuts (interchangeable) and tug and wiggle pulley. comes right off allowing much easier access to the 2 rear clamp studs and nuts. just a thought.
