built in an stainless steel lock plate for the
transmission sprocket nut

electrical whiring moved in the in the handle bar
and installed k-tech hydaulic clutch

I asked you time ago about WHERE to buy the pazzaz handlebar: i can t find anything here in italy and i sent them (pazzaz) a lot of e-mails without any answer: so if you please tell me where did you buy it maybe i can have a chance to have one.

did this togehter with clemens from the german Buell Forum...Pulley 7075 Aluminium, black anod. after this hands on the Pulley-Pockets...

the Pulley 7075 Aluminium in raw, than black anod. than again in the machine and hands on the Pulley-Pockets...to get the billet ALU-Look.

changes the balanced and lighter XB12 Sprocket
to the XB 9 Sprocket and Primary-Chain...
we removed there almost 1 Kilogramm of Material .

to compare OEM-Style.

and the lighter XB12 Sprocket...sorry no Pic from the now installed lighter XB9 Sprocket

Clutch Steelplates changed to Aliminium Plates...

floating rear disk by ALTH
engine 1250ccm
lots of the parts polished and black powdercoated,
Fork black/blue anodized.......

floating front disk by ALTH
ZTL2 by Buell

Frame powdercoated, Subframe satin black, Trible tree cleaned and black powdercoated

Swingarm with 24K Goldleave, dedicadet to Lucky from Lucky Hands, the man builds the 1250ccm Rev. Perf. Engine, ported the heads and so on.

Engine wrinkled black

Exhaust braket, black powdercoated, Screw and Spacer stainless steel

rocker tops screws...with polished copper seals,
on the left...the OEM-Screw.

Engine Subframe black powdercoated, Voltage Regulator Front polished

Fuel-Pump polished, Whiring covered, inside whiring rebuilt

Subframe satin black powdercoated, Pinstriping done by my girlfriend with One-Shot red and 24K goald leave
