It would be from San Diego (where I live) to Palm Springs. I do not remember exactly what the dates are, but I can find out for sure. It will be late October and I think the event I am going to is for a couple days, so it would be completely up to you guys to decide if you would stay. Like I said, though, I am going up with my brother and his room mate for a bicycle race, so I am assuming they have sorted out overnight plans.

irvine seems to be half way. Or maybe aliso Viejo. theres some canyons out there to carve. Got an uncle down there with a bored out 2200 cc v twin...im sure he would love to come cruise too!

I would suggest the most logical place to "ride" for a big meet like that would be Mt Palomar via initial North - South meet up at Pechanga Indian casino.

North meet up early in Irvine off the 5 freeway and head on out through Ortega Highway to Pechanga, 73mi one way.

South, do something similar (looking at 75mi to Pechanga.)

This would give everyone something to actually have fun riding. This will also give everyone something to do while the initial group meets up and could grab food or whatever.

I think I need a more comfortable seat than my low seat for a ride that long. I still have to make it to Irvine from Torrance. Although it's doable, 260 miles round trip for me. 10 miles more than my longest.

Im coming from sherman oaks...san fernando valley area, dont be a wuss. lol kidding. Ive got an stt so a more upright/comfortable riding posture. So does lowkey, so we cant really talk lol. I like to stop for breaks and pics along the way...

LA/OC guys we can always do something around here first so that we know each other, maybe do Malibu canyon, San Gabriel Canyon, or just the Ortega portion of what I posted up earlier. SD guys should do something similar then we can do the bigger ride where we all meet up! I really have a shitty schedule with work right now so wouldn't be able to do this weekend or the next. I figure I'll head up a ride when I get a Saturday or Sunday free, I'll PM those who are in the area.
