When you completly remove the stock gauge cluster for an aftermarket one, and have LEDs all the way around, the normal LED flashers wont work. There is a ground missing when you remove the cluster that would normally keep the flashers going, and with countless tries (and yes im great with electrical) I couldnt get them to work right without it nomatter if i grounded that wire or not. When grounding, It would just blow a fuse.

I found this little guy from Motogadget called m-relay. I took that photo to show just how small it is. Its a simple hookup and will work with any type of light. All you do is hook the red wire up to power and the black wire goes to the turn signal switch. Thats it! It works great and best of all for us hacking up our bikes and struggling to fit things in places they dont belong, it fits easily ANYWHERE!!

of course it costs more than a conventional flasher relay, but ya gotta pay to play! I got mine from speigler USA for $40 because i didnt have time to wait for it to come right from motogadget.

Just wanted to share incase anybody else runs into the same problem i have.

So all a person needs if they have all LED turn signals, Brake lights, etc, - is just one of these little guys?

yessir. just put one inline before the turn signal switch and ya get to ditch the big flasher relay.

Tha brake lights dont matter. They have nothing to do with turn signals.

Hopefully tomorrow flaya. I got a new ecm and it fixed the problem I had with the temp. Muffler will be here today so as long as I have no more problems, it'll be my ride to work tomorrow and Friday!
