I have but not on a bike. Not many options on places to stay, I was at a hotel on the east end of town, closer to the salt but farther from the food. Your best bet would be to stay at one of the casinos you'll be going to them to eat anyway. The salt is crazy! Its like... nothing else! Bring a camera sunscreen sunglass and a hat then have fun! Tons of cool rides.
