Speedo off by 20ish

What up all just got my buell 2 weeks ago and i dont think i will ever buy a different brand of bike again But on a sour note the speedo is off by around 20. Thought it was the Sensor so i just got done replacing it and no change. Any advice or possible causes to look into or do i just deal with it? The bike has the EBR race chip, Jardine exhaust, and I was told it was bored over with bigger pistons but havnt pulled it apart to look or anything. Is it possible to change the sprockets out to raise top or bottom end? Was thinking that could be my problem?

Yeah, I tried that line once too.

The cop didn't buy it and gave me a ticket anyway.

The mirrors are funny too. Everything in them just gets smaller and smaller except flashing lights. They get bigger.

Tire worn to a shorter height or the wrong size tire all together will cause the speedo to be off. I'm guessing here.

i went wider with the tire but the height is stock so that shouldnt be the issue, and thanks for the welcome

What size did you go with? When you change width it changes height

Lol, they DO don't they? Right up til the point they pull up beside you, that seems to be about as big as they get.

My Uly's speedo is under by about 7-10km/h. Maybe its better that way...
