I have a 04 xb12r with 15k that I'm pulling out of storage. I changed the oil, pulled the battery before winter. Now the bike won't start. The battery is good and charged, I put the bike on a 40amp charger and still wouldn't start. I just got done checking the connections on the starter and battery and everything looks good. What other connections can i check? Its always clicked at times when cold but would kick over on the second try. But nothing now. Thanks for the help.

Cant look past the battery, takenit have it tested, volts may be good but cranking amps is another issue. Regarding connections obvious battery, battery cable to sub frame, under the lower air box is the main frame to engine ground. I suspect your battery just tanked from sitting.
I am going to swap out my battery from my jetski that is only 6months old and give it a try. All connections are clean, the negative from the battery to the subframe was a little corroded so I cleaned it up. I coated all connectors with that dielectric grease. Thanks
