starter switch problem

So i crashed a week ago with no major issues drove her home all was good. Today i come out to ride her for the second time since the crash and no starter at all lights and gauges all good looked like the fuses are a pain to get so i pull the switch apart and used a test light to make sure i had power and then it starts. Now starts fine with the switch hanging haven't tried reinstalling and starting yet. I guess I'm wondering its this a known problem?

I have not ever had that issue on mine. so cant say.... as long as it is working now, you should be in good shape.you may have just had a loose connection somewhere.

Also check the wiring loom where it goes through the fairing frame - there is not a lot of spare wiring there and has been known to chafe.

Might be a lose fuse to the starting relay. Just had that problem with my lightning. I pulled the fuses and put them back in and it works fine.
