My Buell has never been out of England, but my Harley has done Texas Oklahoma and Arkansas before I got it here. Then it's done England France Belgium Holland Germany Austria Slovenia Italy Luxembourg several times.

before I discovered the beauty of V-twin engines I road I4's...

...so therefore I surmise I was riding in a state if denial
:D

North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas.

I can say without a doubt that Arkansas has the best riding and Florida has the worst.

...I tend to agree, but I'm prejudiced because I live in Arkansas. I've ridden some equally fun and beautiful places, but what sets the Ozarks off a little is (at least most of the time) less traffic. If you ride in the Black Hills during the summer on week ends, there's so much traffic that you might as well "sit back and enjoy the views". The same could be said of "The Dragon".

I agree 100% with your statement. There are other places that have equally good roads, but the ozarks are basically yours to play with. Really good riding there, and the road conditions are great. My father in law has property off hwy 123 (i think that's what it is)....man, what a great road.

...Yeah...one of my favorite rides heading up to Jasper, then circle around through "Boxley Valley", down to 16, east to "Pig Trail" south...love it...many twisties...probably do it again Sunday...:):D[smirk]:p[up]

Oklahoma,Missouri and Arkansas only but I have put almost 40K miles on it total.

LA, MS, AR, TX, AL, GA, TN, and SC... That's for all my bikes I currently own... I've only had my Buell for about a month now ... and it hasn't seen much road time at all ... I'm still in the process of bringing it back to life ... =\

TX, MN, AZ, CA, CO, WY, NE, SD
And if your wondering why there's gaps (bordering states) its because the bike was on a trailer behind my company truck :D

...for anyone who knows the area, I meant west to "Pig Trail"...(half asleep again)

I'm planning on going back there this fall(if I can afford it). 24hr drive is not fun, nor cheap...

Made that ride today (and last week end) and it was like Christmas..."Oh what fun it is to ride a Buell bike today"...Many 30mph, 20mph, 15mph and 10mph signs...saw elk, deer, turkey, road runner, squirrel, hawks, <2 Lightnings> and ran over a snake (straight up)...and all that before going down "Pig Trail"...MAN! I'm lucky to live in close proximity to such rides! Unfortunely, a cruiser missed a curve on "Pig Trail", but he was alright...maybe had outriggers and couldn't lean far enough...
